Family Friendly Drum Circle

Connect and collaborate through rhythm and in the moment music making. Matt will teach the body language and signals to help everyone create exciting and cohesive music in a few short minutes. Musical games, collaborative exercises and social connection games will be presented throughout the drum circle to help the group form a deep and connected groove.

No previous drumming or musical skill is needed and instruments are provided. Feel free to bring your own drum if you have one.
