Is this a one time program or is it ongoing?
This is typically a one time program.
For something more in depth consider Drum Up Some Fun or Mindfulness in Rhythm.
Can we do this several times in one day?
Absolutely! Depending on the length of the program we can do this multiple times per day.
We book based on single sessions (up to 1 hour), quarter day (up to 2 hrs) , half day (2- 4 hrs) and full day (5 – 8 hrs).
***please note that full day scheduling requires one 30 minute lunch break.
Can this be grouped with other programs?
Definitely! Body Beats! Pairs very nicely with Rhythm Reset and Drum Up Some Fun.
How much time is needed to set up?
30 minutes.
What room is best for this program?
Auditorium seating, gyms, cafeteria or outdoors.
Do we need chairs?
Body Beats! does not require chairs.
Can we do this outside?
Yes, access to power or a drag cord must be provided. We recommend you have a backup indoor plan in case of rain. Rescheduling because of rain is not preferred and comes with terms and conditions.
